Tasks automatically syncs your tasks across all your Apple devices using iCloud. Simply ensure you're signed in to the same Apple ID on all devices and have iCloud enabled. Your tasks will sync automatically in the background.
When creating or editing a task, tap the "Add Reminder" button. Select your preferred time and the app will send you a notification. Make sure you've allowed notifications for Tasks in your device settings.
Yes! Tasks supports three priority levels: High, Medium, and Low. You can set the priority when creating a task or edit it later. Tasks are color-coded by priority to help you focus on what's important.
Go to Settings (gear icon) → Appearance → Theme. You can choose between System (follows your device settings), Light, or Dark mode. The change takes effect immediately.
The Analytics tab shows your productivity insights including task completion rates, priority distribution, and trends over daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly periods. This helps you understand your work patterns and improve productivity.
Absolutely. Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, which we don't have access to. All data is encrypted and protected by Apple's security measures. We never see or store your personal information on our servers.
Tasks requires iOS 18.1 or later and works on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The app is optimized for all screen sizes and takes advantage of the latest iOS features.
Your data is automatically backed up to iCloud when sync is enabled. Additionally, your tasks are included in your device's regular iCloud backup. No manual backup is needed.
Currently, tasks are stored in your iCloud account and accessible through the app. We're working on export features for future updates. Your data remains accessible as long as you have access to your Apple ID.
To delete the app, long-press the app icon and select "Delete App." To remove your data from iCloud, go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → Daily Tasks → Delete Data. This will permanently remove all your tasks from iCloud.
